Always wear appropriate safety equipment (eye, ear, and hand protection, etc.).
Check and comply with local building codes, permit requirements, and HOA rules before beginning any project.
Consult a licensed professional for structural, electrical, plumbing, or gas work.

Plans and measurements are provided “as is.” Verify all measurements and suitability for your situation before cutting or building.
